When you subscribe, you get full feature access during your trial period. Standard plans include a 7-day trial, and Early Adopter plans include a 30-day trial when available. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime.
What's the difference between Basic, Pro, and Max?
Basic gives you 2 scans per day with Auto-Pilot running every 12 hours. Pro unlocks unlimited scans with 3-hour intervals — great for serious creators. Max removes all cooldowns, runs every hour, supports multiple Amazon store accounts, and includes priority support.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your Account page anytime. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees, no lock-in.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days of a paid subscription, contact us at support@halomaximizer.com and we'll issue a full refund.
What happens when my trial ends?
You'll be automatically charged for the plan you selected. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged. Your data and settings are always preserved.
Is my Amazon account safe?
Yes. HALO only reads data from your storefront and the Creator Connections page. We never store your Amazon credentials, passwords, or session tokens.
