Your Storefront Has 600 Videos. YouTube Doesn't Have Them Yet.
Halo migrates your entire Amazon storefront to YouTube on autopilot. Pulls videos, writes your affiliate tag into every description, applies your Studio monetisation defaults, and paces uploads across 24 hours so your channel looks human, not flagged. Migrate 600 videos in 6 months on Pro for $234 total.
Manual Migration Is Six Months of Weekday Evenings.
A 500-video storefront, uploaded by hand at YouTube's safe pacing, eats roughly 6 months of weekday evenings. Every video needs the affiliate tag pasted in, monetisation defaults checked, made-for-kids self-cert toggled, scheduled, and tracked so you don't double-upload. That is not a side project. That is a part-time job you do not want.

Eight Things Halo Does So You Don't Have To
Every step of the manual workflow, automated. Pick a batch, click migrate, walk away.
Affiliate Tag Auto-Applied
Every upload, your tag
Halo writes your Amazon Associates tag into every description before the video goes live. No manual editing, no missed commissions, no copy-paste fatigue across a 600-video migration.
24-Hour Smart Schedule
Looks human, not a bot
Uploads are distributed across the day with randomized intervals and a daily soft cap. YouTube's anti-spam systems see a creator, not a dumper. No flags, no strikes, no rate limits.
Monetisation Defaults
Inherited from Studio
Halo applies your YouTube Studio defaults to every upload: category, language, comments, made-for-kids, license, and notifications. Set them once in YouTube. Halo respects them forever.
Scheduled Private Publish
Visible exactly when you want
Uploads land as private with a future publishAt time, so YouTube does the actual reveal at the scheduled moment. Pre-load a week of content, take the weekend off, watch them go live on schedule.
Library Deduplication
Never upload the same video twice
Halo fingerprints what's already on your channel and skips it on every scout run. Migrate over months without worrying about double uploads, even if you re-scan the storefront daily.
Made-for-Kids Toggle
COPPA self-cert covered
One setting. Every upload self-certifies correctly for COPPA. Toggle it per scout run if you mix kid-friendly and general content. No more clicking through 500 YouTube Studio dialogs.
Bring Your Own Cloud
Your quota, your control
On Studio, we set up a Google Cloud project under your account so uploads run on your YouTube Data API quota pool. Never share. Never throttle. Migrate 5,000+ videos without touching anyone else's bandwidth.
Pinterest Crosspost Built In
One video, two platforms
Every video uploaded to YouTube can be auto-pinned to Pinterest with the same affiliate link. Two organic traffic sources for the cost of one workflow. Live on Pro and above.
Migrating in 4 Steps
Connect once. Halo runs the rest of the migration on the schedule you set.
Connect YouTube
One-click OAuth from the Halo dashboard authorizes the YouTube Data API on your channel. We never see your password. Disconnect anytime.
Pick Videos in Upload Scout
Upload Scout reads your Amazon storefront and shows every video that isn't on your YouTube channel yet. Select a batch or hit Migrate All.
Halo Tags and Uploads
Each video is pulled from Amazon, written with your affiliate tag in the description, monetisation defaults applied, and queued to YouTube.
Smart Schedule Across 24h
Halo paces uploads with randomized intervals so YouTube sees natural creator activity, not a bulk dump. Goes live on the schedule you set.

Manual Upload vs. Halo on Autopilot
Upload Limits by Plan
Flat monthly caps per tier. Uploads spread evenly across each day for natural channel growth. Need to migrate faster? Halo Express adds a one-time burst at ~97/day with eligibility gates.
Caps reset on each subscription renewal. See the full pricing comparison for feature-by-feature breakdown and Halo Express pricing.
Common Questions
Will my uploads look spammy to YouTube?
No. Halo distributes uploads across 24 hours with randomized intervals and a per-tier daily soft cap. Even the highest sub tier (Studio at 27/day) is well below YouTube's per-channel ceiling. The Halo Express add-on intentionally pushes closer to that ceiling (~97/day) for users who explicitly opt in and accept the velocity risk — see the Express section on /pricing.
What about YouTube's 100/day per-channel limit?
YouTube allows up to ~97 uploads per 24h per channel. Halo's standard tiers run well under that (Studio sits at 27/day). Halo Express (one-time purchase) is the only product that pushes closer to the ceiling and requires BYO YouTube credentials plus explicit ToS acceptance for that reason. If you somehow hit a quota error, Halo queues the overflow and resumes the next day automatically.
Can I monetise these uploads?
Yes. Halo inherits your YouTube Studio default upload settings, so every video lands with your standard category, language, license, comment policy, and notifications. If your channel is in the YouTube Partner Program, monetisation is applied by YouTube itself based on those defaults. Halo doesn't override anything you've set in Studio.
Do I need my own Google Cloud project?
Not on Basic, Pro, or Max — those run on Halo's shared YouTube Data API quota pool. Studio includes 1:1 onboarding where we set up your own Google Cloud project with the YouTube Data API enabled (14-day shared-pool grace period at activation). Halo Express also requires BYO — the ~97/day cadence would burn the shared pool too fast otherwise. For everyone else, the shared pool is plenty.
What happens if I cancel mid-migration?
Already-scheduled uploads still publish. We don't pull the rug on an in-flight queue. What stops is the ability to queue more uploads. You'll see a clear Resubscribe to queue more message in the dashboard. Re-subscribing starts a fresh cycle counter on the next Stripe invoice, so you pick up exactly where you left off.
Why did Halo schedule my upload for tomorrow?
Two reasons. First, your daily cap may already be hit for today (2 on Basic, 4 on Pro, 8 on Max, 27 on Studio). Second, the pacing engine deliberately spreads uploads across each day so the channel never bursts. You can see the exact publish time on every queued video in the Upload Scout panel.
Can I edit the title and description after upload?
Yes. Once a video is on your channel, it's a normal YouTube video. Edit anything in YouTube Studio. Halo doesn't lock or track edits. The only thing Halo enforces is the initial affiliate tag write at upload time, which is the whole point.
What if I have 5,000 videos in my storefront?
Two paths. (1) Sustained: Studio ($199/mo, 27/day, 800/month) migrates 5,000 videos in about 6 months for ~$1,200 total, on your own BYO Cloud project so uploads never share quota. (2) Fast: any paid sub + Halo Express 5000 ($900 one-time) packs ~97/day, finishing in roughly 2 months — provided your channel is ≥90 days old with ≥100 subscribers and you accept the channel-velocity risk. Both work; the right choice depends on whether you want speed or steady-state.
Are my videos uploaded to Halo's servers first?
No. Halo orchestrates the transfer directly from Amazon's video CDN to YouTube. We never host or store your video files. The browser handles the transmux step, and YouTube receives the bytes. Halo holds metadata only (titles, tags, schedules, status).
Can I just try it first without paying?
Yes. Free tier gives you 1 upload per day on YouTube, forever. The whole pipeline runs: affiliate tagging, monetisation defaults, Pinterest crosspost, scheduling. You see exactly how Halo handles your videos before paying anything. Upgrade when you want to migrate faster.
